Once you receive your order the return policy takes effect.

To make a return or exchange the following conditions must be met:

• All returns/exchanges require a valid Book Center receipt.
• All returns/exchanges must be unused and in saleable condition.
• Software, CDs, DVDs and Audiobooks must be unopened (still in shrink-wrap)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

• Any used books purchased from the Book Center cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Books that are designated as "All Sales Final".
