Seidel: is the interim department chair in the Department of Spiritual Formation and Leadership, executive director for the Center for Christian Leadership and adjunct professor in the Doctor of Ministry department. He has served on faculty since 1998 and his expertise includes leadership, church leadership and pastoral leadership.
